Can there be any changes in the schedule?

The program may change according to the current period and the individual schedules of the participants, according to the prescriptions of the Ayurvedic doctor.
The program is supervised by an Ayurvedic doctor, who can make changes in the daily schedule in order to receive a better effect from the therapy.
The number of procedures is also determined by our doctor.
Optional procedures cannot be selected.

Can there be individual walks in the area?

An individual walk of up to 30 minutes a day is allowed – only when the outside temperature is suitable.

Walking is at the discretion of the participants to meet their needs for active movement.

The application of Panchakarma therapy does not require the use of walking as part of the program.
The energy you will receive during the application of the therapies should not be reduced by active physical activity.
